WHO WE ARE
Enerthia Energy is a renewable energy specialist operating across four areas — energy consultancy, business development, product and service endorsement, and funding origination. We work across South Africa, the broader African continent, and the Indian Ocean island markets, with particular depth in the agricultural sector — sitting at the centre of the conversation between offtakers, EPCs, and funders, the parties that decide which projects get financed, built, and delivered.
At our core, we operate at the intersection of strategy, capital, and delivery. We originate funding for renewable energy projects valued up to R500 million, drawing on a panel of funders and investors and direct relationships with South Africa’s major banks. What sets us apart is experience and approach — our team has spent years inside major South African funders and within EPCs, so we understand the build side of a project as well as the funding side.
We are not an EPC contractor or equipment supplier — we don’t install systems or carry our own product line. Across all four offerings — energy consultancy, business development, product and service endorsement, and funding origination — our role is to structure the right relationships and keep projects moving from first conversation through to execution.
HOW WE WORK

Each offering stands alone — but together they compound. An offtaker who enters through our consultancy is funded through our origination, delivered by an EPC on our retainer subscription, and — where it fits — incorporates an endorsed product or provider. Every stage is delivered by Enerthia or under Enerthia-structured agreements: a bankable, buildable, credibly financed solution, end to end. The model is fully customisable — each pillar can be engaged on its own or combined to suit what the client actually needs. Alongside this, our business development division operates as a distinct, openly contracted engagement, selling a client’s product or service on their behalf into the same market relationships.
